No risk of cracking
All beam parts and side plates are connected by high-strength torsional shear bolts there are no welding spots of any kind on the side plates and there is no hidden danger of side plate cracking.
Take the vibration motor as the vibration source
The vibration motor is used as the excitation source the vibration intensity is up to 4.0G the excitation force can be adjusted in real time the failure rate is low only need to add grease to the vibration motor every 2000 hours and the maintenance is very convenient.
Pre-screening function
The bar adopts a modular design with high drop high rejection efficiency high wear resistance and convenient installation and replacement. The structure with the lower hanging screen layer provides options and predictability.
Rubber spring design
