02/ Product Features

Bevel gear integral drive improved efficiency
Adopt bevel gear as a whole for transmission accurate transmission ratio sharp reduction in energy loss; compact structure convenient and quick installation and adjustment and significantly improved efficiency.
Thin oil lubrication for three transmission parts
The main engine fan and powder separator are all lubricated with thin oil without adding oil pump or lubrication station the main shaft bearing and bevel gear shaft bearing can be lubricated.
Frequency conversion powder separator adopted to improve the efficiency
The frequency conversion type powder separator has high motor efficiency and energy saving the isolation structure is adopted between the inner cylinder of the powder separator and the mixed gas powder flow which effectively improves the powder selection efficiency and accuracy.
